- Lead technical accounting research and memos for complex transactions per US GAAP
- Analyze accounting implications of major transactions (revenue, equity, leases, debt, stock-based comp)
- Partner with Legal, Tax, FP&A, and Treasury to assess impacts and guide execution
- Develop and maintain accounting policies; implement new FASB and SEC guidance for public readiness
- Support IPO readiness, drafting technical disclosures, and S-1/10-K prep, improving disclosures
- Assist with consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and reporting package reviews for SEC compliance
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years in technical accounting, preferably Big 4 or public company
- Active CPA required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience with complex/non-routine transactions
- Proven ability to research guidance and prepare clear technical memos
- Understanding SEC reporting and disclosures
