  • Four-year degree with 5+ years of TA experience or 10+ years TA experience.
  • Sourcing experience on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
  • Commitment to delivering a diversity recruitment strategy.
  • Proven success partnering with customers to develop TA strategies across multiple markets.
  • Behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Build relationships with managers to advise on diversity and search parameters.
