🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, planning, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to inform decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with internal partners and external suppliers
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership in a collaborative team setting
- Able to commute to our North Reading, Massachusetts office 4x per week
