Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering for robust financial planning
Lead financial reviews with senior leadership; highlight cost variances and trends
Collaborate with Program Finance and Operations for accurate factory financials
Drive process improvements in factory finance, cost management, and spend analytics
Design and scale dashboards to monitor inventory health and material costs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 5+ years FP&A
Proficient in Excel
Financial reporting skills
General experience with ERP, EPM, etc.
Understanding of relational databases and SQL
Nice to have: startup FP&A; MES/MRP familiarity; Tableau
