Senior Associate, SharePoint Engineer

📋 Description

• Create and configure SharePoint Online sites, spaces, and intranet pages using templates.
• Provide day-to-day intranet support; troubleshoot publishing, layout, and deployment.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate flows.
• Manage SharePoint permissions and access controls for security.
• Support content updates, usability improvements, and design enhancements.
• Respond to new site/project space requests, aligned with governance standards.
• Collaborate with owners/designers; leverage Adobe Creative Cloud assets.
• Deliver training to site owners on intranet best practices and permissions.
• Create short help videos using Adobe CC to support adoption.
• Create and maintain technical docs, job aids, and user guides.
• Support intranet operations via site audits, cleanup, and modernization efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online: modern sites, pages, lists, libraries, permissions.
• Experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Experience integrating SharePoint data with Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Viva).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business partners, and content owners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
