Senior Associate, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Prepare SEC filings (10-Q/10-K/8-K) with statements and MD&A.
• Review supporting docs and tie out financial statements and footnotes.
• Assist with equity and stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718.
• Prepare GAAP disclosure checklists for SEC compliance.
• Research technical accounting matters and document positions for complex transactions.
• Partner with FP&A and investor relations for earnings releases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is required
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting at a public company
• Ability to research and apply US GAAP and SEC regulations to complex accounting matters
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with auditors, legal counsel, team members, and cross-functional departments
