Senior Associate, Recruiter – Construction

📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for construction roles.
• Create and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and channels.
• Source passive candidates via social media, events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews; coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS with candidate data and recruitment activity; provide updates.
• Promote employer brand and attend recruiting events (university fairs, Hackathons).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in Construction.
• Proficient with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficient with ATS and HR software; Thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Miami.
