🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in Construction.
- Proficient with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; manage multiple requisitions.
- Proficient with ATS and HR software; Thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Miami.
