Screen candidates and conduct HR assessments
Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration
Deliver strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
Proven experience in volume/bulk hiring
Strong sourcing expertise across job portals and LinkedIn
Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Willingness to commit to a contractual engagement and deliver within defined timelines
