- Lead knit material and trim development across seasons from concept to adoption
- Partner with Design and Product Development on knit fabric and trim assortments
- Act as primary contact for knit topics across cross-functional teams and suppliers

- Ensure data integrity in PLM and seasonal tools (WFX, MDD)
- Identify process improvements to streamline development workflows
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in raw materials, textiles, or fabric development (knits preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of knit fabrics, yarns, and construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with autonomy
- Analytical mindset with data accuracy and detail orientation
- Excellent communication and collaboration across functions
- Experience with PLM systems, Excel, Airtable, and Google Suite
- Passion for sustainability, responsible sourcing, and material innovation
- Proactive, solutions-oriented with strong ownership
