Senior Associate, Private Fund Secondaries

📋 Description

• Build and own GP/LP/SPV relationships across venture-backed funds.
• Source fund resale deal flow with GPs, admins, and LPs to identify liquidity.
• Develop knowledge of fund structures, transfer mechanics, economics.
• Develop pipelines and co-brokerage with partners to drive volume.
• Coordinate with Transaction Services on due diligence and verification.
• Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics for secondaries.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in LP secondary transactions or private fund intermediation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with GPs, SPV managers, LPs.
• Deep understanding of LP fund transfer mechanics including SPVs and ROFR.
• Working knowledge of fund economics: carried interest, fees, waterfalls.
• Strong communicator to sophisticated GPs and institutional counterparties.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed, or able to complete registrations shortly after hiring.
