- At least 4 years in Talent Acquisition with prior business partnering experience.
- Strong understanding of TA strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-driven and eager to take on new challenges.
