  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years in Talent Acquisition with prior business partnering experience.
  • Strong understanding of TA strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-driven and eager to take on new challenges.
