Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in HK and other markets, aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with People team and stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, screen, and assist selection.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth integration.
Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to track progress.
Coordinate career events to promote Lalamove to fresh graduates.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
At least 4 years in Talent Acquisition with prior business partnering experience.
Strong understanding of TA strategies and recruitment best practices.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Self-driven and eager to take on new challenges.
