- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience with campaign optimization, testing, and reporting
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
- Experience in CPG, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus
