Senior Associate, Investing Operations

📋 Description

• Join the Operations team; own end-to-end mutual fund settlements and reconciliation.
• Assist with projects to improve existing processes or ship new products.
• Work with CDS/DTCC, and Canadian/US depositories for mutual fund settlement.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within the team.
• Support broader team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with brokers and clients to ensure accurate trades.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years brokerage experience handling mutual funds.
• Strong attention to detail; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent people skills; highly collaborative.
• Naturally curious; investigate issues to uncover root cause.
• Passionate about technology and fintech.
• Nice to have: Postgraduate education in Finance.
