📋 Description

• Align leadership development with BAYADA’s five-pillar framework
• Design and develop learning experiences grounded in adult learning
• Partner with enterprise and practice executive leaders
• Coordinate programs with communications, facilitator support, and vendors
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive scalable improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required.
• Seven years of corporate learning experience.
• Proficient with Storyline 360, Camtasia, PowToon, Vyond.
• Knowledge of Andragogy, Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, SAM.
• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Strong project management; Trello or Smartsheets preferred.
