🎯 Requirements
- 4-6+ years in FP&A, finance or strategic finance at high-growth tech
- Strong financial modeling, cost accounting, opex mgmt
- Hands-on NetSuite or ERP experience; large data sets
- Able to partner cross-functionally and translate data into insights
- Experience with fundraising, board reporting, lender comms (preferred)
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA a plus
