🎯 Requirements
- Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years related experience; healthcare a plus.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Understanding GAAP and accounting policies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of Home Health/Hospice business and reimbursement models is a plus.
