- 5+ years in external event marketing (tradeshows, activations, field marketing).
- Proven end-to-end event execution with strong onsite ownership.
- Experience with brand activations, experiential marketing, or sponsorship programs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs.
- Strong communicator across cross-functional stakeholders; able to influence teams.
- Willingness to travel 20-25%, including some weekends.
