Senior Associate, Energy Market Development

📋 Description

• Lead evaluation, structuring, and execution of power solutions for CoreWeave's data center platform.
• Assess powered land and power access opportunities; coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with technical, operational, and financial needs.
• Provide data-driven investment memos and leadership-ready materials.
• Support deal evaluation and contract execution with utilities and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in banking, venture, or private equity focused on energy markets.
• Strong financial modeling and deal evaluation; underwriting energy assets.
• Solid understanding of power markets, utilities, and large-load customers.
• Cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication; AI tools.
• Experience with power-related commercial agreements (ESAs, CSAs, PPAs).
