📋 Description

• Establish target lists and develop client relationships.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance goals.
• Prospect via phone, ads, email, social media, and meetings.
• Develop candidate networks and recruit talent to fulfill job orders.
• Plan and deliver projects with stakeholders; manage expectations.
• Cross-sell and fulfill openings across lines of business.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years direct-hire experience in Accounting & Finance staffing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPA/CFA/MBA plus is a plus.
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven full-desk recruiting and business development.
