- 2-4 years in Customer Success, SaaS implementation, or tech account mgmt.
- Experience with client onboarding and delivery roles.
- Preferred: SaaS/B2B, fintech/banking/payments domain.
- US/global client-facing support experience.
- Willingness to overlap US hours with Indian business hours.
