  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder updates and project governance.

  • 2-4 years in Customer Success, SaaS implementation, or tech account mgmt.
  • Experience with client onboarding and delivery roles.
  • Preferred: SaaS/B2B, fintech/banking/payments domain.
  • US/global client-facing support experience.
  • Willingness to overlap US hours with Indian business hours.
