Senior Associate, Corporate Development

📋 Description

• Sourcing and evaluating M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Manage the corporate development and partnership pipeline, including tracking and briefs.
• Produce strategic research: market landscape, competitive analysis, build-buy-partner recommendations.
• Prepare deal memos for M&A and partnerships, incl. due diligence and risks.
• Supporting deal execution by coordinating with legal, finance, and product teams on diligence and terms.
• Build the operating infrastructure of the corporate development function: criteria, templates, memo formats, pipeline reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, startups, or corporate development.
• Structured thinking and clear written communication; concise memos for non-specialists.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to learn quickly in a complex, regulated financial services environment.
• Comfort operating close to senior leadership and interacting with the CEO and executive team.
