📋 Description

• Support enterprise growth by driving business development, partner implementation, and inorganic growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enable Habitat's growth goals.
• Advance partnerships strategy via market research and opportunity memos.
• Support BD cycles with partner materials and financial analyses.
• Manage stakeholders and track KPIs for partner success and risk escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/business development at a high-growth startup (healthcare delivery ideal).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and able to work independently.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments.
