  • Develop and execute automated marketing programs in SFMC.
  • Design, build, and launch complex email and journey campaigns with Marketing, Data, and Ops teams.
  • Build, launch and monitor multi-touch journeys in SFMC (lead nurture, onboarding, retention).
  • Collaborate with Data and Ops to ensure data structures, feeds, and integrations for journeys and segmentation.
  • Use SQL to pull audiences and troubleshoot data issues for campaigns.
  • QA campaign components before launch and monitor performance after launch.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience with marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution
  • 2+ years building complex SFMC workflows using HTML and AMPscript
  • 2+ years using SQL to query databases and troubleshoot data issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution
