🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years in multifamily or commercial real estate investment analysis/asset management.
- Strong financial modeling; Excel, Yardi, Vena, Power BI.
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong time management.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in real estate, business, finance, economics or related field.
