- Full ownership of day-to-day accounts payable operations, from receipt through payment.
- Review invoices for accuracy, coding, PO matching, and policy compliance before posting.
- Prepare and initiate vendor payments (ACH, wire, check) per workflows and controls.
- Monitor T&E and corporate card activity; review expense reports for compliance and timely reimbursement.
- Support month-end close and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Build strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, vendors, and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in AP, procure-to-pay, and/or T&E in corporate.
- Strong operational excellence and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborative with stakeholders and vendors; clear communication.
- Knowledge of GAAP for expenses, accruals, payables.
- Experience with month-end close and audits; intermediate Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP/Procurement/T&E systems (NetSuite, Coupa).
