Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Proactively service and support ISNetworld contractor/supplier and client customers
• Conduct advanced training on ISN products via phone, web-based and in-person meetings
• Participate in prospecting including calls, emails and new business meetings
• Prepare, present and recap calls with client customers
• Field inbound calls and emails; troubleshoot client issues with Contractor Development
• Onsite requirements: 7-week onsite training; first 90 days in-person; after 90 days, 3 days/week

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
• 2 years’ work experience in a sales or customer service position
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent presentation skills
• Desire to research and communicate with prospective clients
• Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
