- Proactively service and support ISNetworld contractor/supplier and client customers
- Conduct advanced training on ISN products via phone, web-based and in-person meetings
- Participate in prospecting including calls, emails and new business meetings
- Prepare, present and recap calls with client customers
- Field inbound calls and emails; troubleshoot client issues with Contractor Development
- Onsite requirements: 7-week onsite training; first 90 days in-person; after 90 days, 3 days/week
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- 2 years’ work experience in a sales or customer service position
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent presentation skills
- Desire to research and communicate with prospective clients
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
