Drive Portfolio Returns: Review valuations, rents, capex; inform hold/sell decisions.
Deliver the numbers: Produce/analyze market financial reports; support plans.
Lead Across Teams: Drive cross-department initiatives and represent Asset Management.
Execute Dispositions: Identify sell candidates and coordinate end-to-end dispositions.
Manage SMA Relationships: Primary contact for third-party SMA accounts.

🎯 Requirements

4-6 years of asset management experience.
Excel and BI fluency.
Sound judgment on legal issues.
Ownership: Desire to grow your impact.
