📋 Description

• Create and execute visual concepts across digital, social, and video formats.
• Design layouts, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
• Safeguard visual quality across deliverables, aligned with the brand system.
• Develop style frames and visual systems across formats, regions, and channels.
• Support campaign storytelling through visual development and storyboarding.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Directors; use AI to accelerate craft.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Senior Designer/Lead Designer/Art Director in agencies.
• Portfolio showing concept & hands-on execution across digital, social, and video.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Figma; high-volume assets at speed.
• Proven experience evolving brand systems across formats and channels.
• Fluency in AI tools (Midjourney/Runway) to accelerate craft.
• Strong English communication and experience with global teams.
