🎯 Requirements
- Advanced NetSuite knowledge, particularly with reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis.
- End-to-end AR processes: billing to collections to dispute resolution.
- Credit risk management and compliance familiarity.
- Strong ability to manage complex customer relationships and negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; represent AR to senior stakeholders.
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing peers without formal management authority.
