  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management for NICE Solutions

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Technical Support for Telephony/VoIP
  • CTI or Voice recording product knowledge
  • SIP and H.323 protocols understanding
  • Experience with Cisco UCCE, CUCM, or Avaya Aura
  • PBX/ACD experience and Windows OS knowledge
  • Troubleshooting skills; willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts
