🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering or data science.
- Strong fluency in optimization (LP/MILP, stochastic programming).
- Solid Python service engineering: APIs, async, testing, observability.
- Academic grounding in OR/Industrial Engineering or Statistics.
- Track record of iterating data-driven systems with real users.
- Product mindset: shipping, measuring, and iterating for operators.
