Senior Applied Researcher AI/ML ( CAD)

📋 Description

• Apply ML/AI techniques including GenAI and LLM-based approaches in cloud SaaS for healthcare.
• Collaborate with product leaders, clinicians, data scientists, UI/UX researchers, and engineers to deliver value.
• Design, build, and evaluate AI/ML solutions using structured or unstructured healthcare data.
• Perform R&D to deliver production-ready model systems; data collection, cleaning, analysis, tuning, training, evaluation.
• Apply responsible AI evaluation practices; develop custom model performance metrics at scale.
• Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team culture across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in CS/Math/Physics/Engineering with strong fundamentals in ML.
• Proven SaaS industry experience with major product releases.
• Hands-on healthcare data experience (EHR, ADT, clinical notes).
• Python proficiency; SQL; Java or other languages useful.
• Experience with big data frameworks (Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark, Databricks).
• Understanding of transformer/LLM approaches and PEFT methods (LoRA, QLoRA) with Hugging Face.
