Provide L2/L3 production support for retail banking and card-related applications
Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, ensure high availability
Investigate and resolve incidents related to credit/debit card processing systems
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to resolve defects and improve system performance
Execute and validate SQL queries, data fixes, and backend troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience in Java-based applications support
SQL proficiency (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for data analysis
Unix/Linux environments
Familiarity with application servers (WebLogic, Tomcat)
Knowledge of batch jobs, schedulers (Control-M, Autosys)
Understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and logs analysis
