Senior Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Determine root cause and severity of vulnerabilities from bug bounty reports.
• Interface with ethical hackers, triage reports, and guide product engineering to resolution.
• Document vulnerabilities clearly to enable quick remediation by engineers.
• Write code to support security projects, including AI tooling for vulnerability detection and resolution.
• Assess potential security vulnerabilities within applications; ensure remediation within SLAs.
• Nice-to-have: dev exp, Ethereum familiarity, MetaMask user.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building and securing software, with at least 4 years in product security.
• Experience securing server-side applications and environments.
• Experience performing security design reviews, threat modeling, or security testing.
• Enthusiasm for writing code, and helping others do the same.
• Experience securing web applications and APIs.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
