Estimate materials, tooling, manufacturing and inspection times.
Coordinate with machinists, quality, engineering, and management to satisfy customers.
Review RFQs to determine material requirements and routing.
Communicate with customers to define requirements and expectations.
Manage quote logs daily and KPI tracking.

🎯 Requirements

Multitude of CNC machining/manufacturing technologies.
Programming and setup of CNC machines (3/4/5 axis).
Experience with welding, grinding, wire EDM, assemblies.
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
Ability to review DFM problems and provide manufacturability feedback.
Strong technical communication skills.
