Act as Single Point of Contact for strategic customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with developers and support teams to drive resolution.
Research and respond to customer inquiries with clarity.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
Night shift IST 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM; weekend rotation with compensatory weekday offs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3+ areas: troubleshooting apps; Docker/Kubernetes; Tomcat; SQL; Jenkins/CI; Git; Java.
Unix/Linux systems and scripting proficiency.
Nice to have: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and OSS experience.
Knowledge of open source licenses and security best practices.
