  • Lead design and deployment of medium-to-large features over weeks to months.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into configuration, automation, reporting, and security settings.
  • Configure Salesforce workflows and Zendesk automations (triggers, macros, SLAs).
  • Proactively coordinate with Finance, Revenue Ops, and Security for governance.
  • Review junior developers' submissions and enforce coding standards.
  • Administer and optimize sales-engagement tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, SalesNav).

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce/CRM administration
  • 3+ years customer support platform experience (Zendesk, Gainsight, SupportLogic)
  • Experience with sales-engagement tools, marketing platforms, and GTM integrations
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
  • Zendesk Administrator Certification preferred
  • Strong prioritization, communication, and problem-solving; self-starter
