- Background in enterprise software and professional services; multi-dimensional modelling a plus.
- Experience with Agile or modern software development methodologies.
- Ability to scope complex client engagements and guide teams.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and executive-level communication; travel up to 25-50%.
