🎯 Requirements

6+ years Android development experience.
Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java; Android SDK + MVVM.
Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines & Flow, or RxJava; Retrofit/Room.
Strong collaboration and product-focused communication.
Mentor peers; lead complex projects; influence architecture.
BS in CS or equivalent experience.
