- Mentor engineers or lead technical initiatives.
- Experience working in international, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication to articulate trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of team processes, architecture decisions, and delivery outcomes.
- English language: Advanced level.
