π― Requirements
- 7+ years in data analytics, product analytics, or data science; 2+ years people management.
- Strong SQL and Python; experience with BigQuery, dbt, and semantic layers.
- Track record using AI-assisted tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to speed analytics.
- Hands-on with BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, Metabase) and rollout experience.
- Depth in at least two areas: product analytics, marketing/growth analytics, or finance analytics.
- Experience in a B2C tech environment (consumer apps, marketplaces, subscriptions).
- Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels; shape questions and recommendations.
