Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM, German speaking (all genders)

📋 Description

• Design and scale analytical data products across the GTM funnel (forecasting, churn, lead/account scoring).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and analytics models for production use.
• Partner with GTM Strategy to translate business questions into analytical requirements, metrics, and modelling approaches.
• Ensure end-to-end data usability across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the data warehouse with strong data modeling standards.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and Revenue Systems to build automated ingestion pipelines for analytics.
• Conduct advanced analyses, including statistical modeling and funnel experiments, to uncover trends and opportunities across the revenue engine.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Science, GTM/product/revenue domains.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and deep experience with modern data modeling practices (dbt, modular modeling, semantic layers, testing, documentation).
• Strong Python skills for data transformation, analytical automation, and model development.
• Solid understanding of CRM data structures (Salesforce, HubSpot) and funnel analytics.
• Proven ability to design analytical datasets and feature sets that support forecasting, scoring, and other predictive models.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level), with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
