- Hands-on Looker or similar BI platform with semantic modeling, explores, dashboards
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, lakehouses, ELT best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
