Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbt and Snowflake.
• Define and standardize core Finance, HR and Enterprise metrics with governed logic.
• Establish consistent modeling patterns and semantic clarity across datasets.
• Contribute to a shared semantic layer that supports analytics and AI use cases.
• Prepare high-quality, well-governed datasets for Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate needs into data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building analytics-ready data models.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake or similar ETL/data modeling platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and Finance/People data (e.g., ARR, billing).
• Experience with data quality, testing, and documentation best practices.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
