Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and maintain data products (dbt, pipelines, Looker) for data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain ELT pipelines from sources to data warehouses.
• Influence analytics roadmap enabling self-service BI at scale.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering collaboration.
• Improve data discoverability, observability, lineage and stewardship.
• Drive data security practices protecting sensitive information.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering/analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL with 5+ years; Snowflake or similar DB.
• ETL/ELT expertise (DBT preferred; pipeline development a plus).
• 5+ years with BI tools (Looker preferred).
• Experience with testing, version control, CI/CD.
• Proven track record in fast-paced startup data teams.
