Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• The Analytics Engineering Team turns data into impact; builds enterprise semantic layer.
• Own the last mile of analytics, transforming raw data into trusted models and datasets.
• Deliver dashboards, AI analyst agents, and reusable data models for leaders and teams.
• Partner with data engineering, finance, product, and operations to align shared logic.
• Own high-impact analytics shaping data-driven decisions across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics engineering/data engineering with production analytics ownership.
• 3+ years modeling analytics-ready data with dbt using SQL and/or Python.
• Expert SQL for writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries.
• Experience querying MPP DBs like StarRocks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Hands-on orchestration of pipelines with Airflow, Dagster, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, R, Julia).
