📋 Description

• Develop methods to quantify chemical and structural traits of Form Energy’s materials.
• Serve as SME for analytical tools and ASTM/ISO methods.
• Champion operational excellence; ensure high sample throughput and quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders; negotiate analysis requests.
• Use cloud-based tools to track sample lifecycles and automate data pipelines.
• Expand lab capabilities by specifying and maintaining new instruments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in wet chemistry (ICP, titration) and thermal/spectroscopic analysis.
• BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry or related field.
• Experience managing a lab, overseeing sample queues, leading technicians.
• Familiarity with internal/external customer support.
• Experience with cloud tools (Quickbase, Jira) for workflows and data.
• Strong communication across teams.
