- Strategically manage pricing, inventory, and yield to maximise ad revenue.
- Partner with Yield Managers in other regions to align with global ad strategy.
- Analyse large data sets to inform data-led pricing and inventory decisions.
- Maintain APAC ad revenue expertise; create systems for revenue insights.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to APAC sales leadership to optimise yield.
- Provide yield management support to APAC sales teams to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Business Operations, and Sales Ops to drive ad revenue growth.
- Manage rate cards and deal approvals with Partnerships team.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 8+ years in media planning/pricing, digital inventory & yield in ad tech or media.
- Create and implement strategies to grow revenue, optimize pricing, and report performance.
- Strong understanding of ad sales pitch-to-pay in APAC and Australia.
- Understanding of multiple APAC markets.
- Experience with Tableau, Google BigQuery, or similar BI tools.
- Knowledge of ad ops, programmatic ads; Salesforce and platforms (GAM, DV360, Magnite).
- Understand digital media tech, podcasts, programmatic; proactively solve problems.
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
