Own design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Absence/Benefits (global)
Lead enhancements, changes, and maintenance activities
Collaborate with People Ops, Total Rewards, Payroll for compliant solutions
Manage end-to-end configuration lifecycle: gather, prototype, test, deploy
Manage issue resolution and Workday tickets; root-cause analysis
Stay current on Workday releases and assess impacts on config/integrations

🎯 Requirements

5+ years Workday configuration; 3+ years Absence/Benefits
Deep knowledge of Workday Absence framework, eligibility, time-off
Experience with Workday integrations: EIBs, RaaS, Workday Studio; REST APIs
Strong analytical skills; translate needs into scalable configuration
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams
Workday Absence & Benefits Certification
