Primary configuration expert for enhancements, changes, and maintenance.
Collaborate with People Ops, Total Rewards, and Payroll for compliant solutions.
Lead end-to-end configuration lifecycle: gather requirements, prototype, test, deploy, document.
Manage Absence/Benefits tickets; identify root causes and fixes.
Stay current on Workday releases; assess impact to config and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years Workday configuration; 3+ years Absence & Benefits.
Deep knowledge of Workday Absence framework, eligibility, enroll, time-off.
Strong analytical skills translating complex business needs into scalable config.
Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Independent and able to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
Workday Absence & Benefits Certification Completion.
